Unlike china, ukraine and other countries, philippines has US educational system of MD programme. worldly recognised and MCI approved, Not a single subject in regional language. There is lot of disturbance in Ukraine these days so its not wise to consider that option.Phillipines - If its US system then I think it s difficult to pass MCI exam back in India because US/EU/Russia follow preventive medicine where as India/China/Nepal follows curative medicine. This is what I have known because of my interaction with couple of consultants who are in this business. You can try for China. Country is safe, medium of teaching is English, climate more or less similar to India and is not extreme like Ukraine, low Cost.
