Biomedical instrumentation at MIT?

Hi my GPA is 8.25/10 in B.Tech Electronics and Instrumentation in India, would i get a scholarship at MIT (USA) to pursue MS in Biomedical instrumentation, what is the procedure.
my fellow Indians at MIT. HELP ME!
